This Privacy Policy explains how LakayPam Services, operated under IMN Icon, and Jemima Carter, REALTOR® with LPT Realty (collectively, “LakayPam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use this website, submit an intake, book a consultation, or communicate with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

“Personal Data” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to an individual. “Service” means this website and its public forms. “Service Provider” means a third party that processes information for us. “Usage Data” means technical information collected through use of the Service.

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, location, preferred language and contact method, real-estate goals, property interests, buying or selling timeframe, and information you voluntarily provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, identification documents, bank details, tax returns, pay stubs, W-2s, or immigration documents through public forms.

We and our hosting, analytics, communications, scheduling, and advertising providers may collect device, browser, IP address, referring page, page activity, timestamps, and similar technical information. Facebook and Meta

If you interact with a LakayPam advertisement, page, message, or lead form on Facebook, Instagram, or another Meta service, Meta may provide the information you submit and related campaign or interaction data to LakayPam. We may use that information to respond to your inquiry, provide real-estate information, measure campaign performance, and communicate with you in accordance with your selections and applicable law. LakayPam is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

Social Media Accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

LakayPam publishes educational real-estate content on its own TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts. If our tools are connected to those accounts, they are used only to schedule and publish our own posts and to see comments and messages that people send to our accounts, so that we can answer them. When someone comments a keyword such as HOME, SELL, BUILD, or CLASS, we may save their public username, the comment, the post it was on, and the date, and a team member may reply. We do not text, call, or email that person unless they give us their phone number or email and agree to be contacted. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it to track you across other sites. To ask us to delete what we saved from a comment or message, email [email protected]. You can also remove LakayPam’s access to your own account at any time in that platform’s settings.

How We Use Personal Data

• Respond to inquiries and manage buyer, seller, property, and consultation requests.
• Provide and improve the Service and maintain security.
• Coordinate with service providers and real-estate professionals when requested or authorized.
• Send service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications.
• Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Calls, Text Messages, and Email

When you submit a form or otherwise authorize communication, you consent to being contacted by LakayPam Services and Jemima Carter through the channels you select. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing property or services. You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP and request help by replying HELP. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the available link or by contacting us.

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information to service providers, transaction professionals, lenders, title or closing providers, inspectors, insurers, attorneys, accountants, technology providers, advertising providers, or other parties when necessary to fulfill your request and when authorized or legally permitted. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate wrongdoing, complete a business transfer, or with your consent.

Retention, Security, and Transfers

We retain information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legal requirements, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping.
