Data Deletion Request

You can ask LakayPam Services and Jemima Carter, REALTOR® with LPT Realty, to delete the information we hold about you. This applies to information from this website and its forms, from our calls and texts, and from our TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts (for example a comment, a message, or your @handle that we saved when you contacted us).

How to request deletion

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request.”
  2. Tell us who you are: your name and the phone number, email address, or social media @handle you used with us, and which platform it was on.
  3. Say whether you want everything deleted or only certain items (for example, only your social media comments and messages).

You can also call or text (239) 201-3616. We will ask you to confirm by email so we know the request is really from you.

What we delete

  • Your contact details, notes, and lead or client record in our system.
  • Comments, direct messages, and @handles we saved from TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook.
  • Your place in class sign-ups and reminder lists. We also stop all texts, calls, and emails to you.
  • Copies held by our service providers that we are able to remove.

What we may need to keep

If you are or were a client in a real-estate transaction, the law and our brokerage may require us to keep transaction records for a set time. We will tell you what we must keep and why, and we will delete the rest. If you asked us to stop contacting you, we keep only your phone number or email on a do-not-contact list so we do not contact you again.

How long it takes

We will confirm that we received your request within 5 business days, and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

Posts on social media

Comments you post on our TikTok, Instagram, or Facebook accounts are also stored by those platforms. To remove them there, delete the comment in the app or contact the platform. We can delete our saved copy.
